TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
We, Afters Ltd, reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
1.0 Purchasing of our products
1.1 Once you have registered, you may place an order at any time using the website afters.shop. Orders may be placed up to 10am the day before delivery, subject to the availability of stock and available delivery capacity with our carriers.
1.2 Please note that we reserve the right to make some delivery dates unavailable should we reach capacity, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Should we have to change your delivery date, we will always advise you first to find a solution.
1.3 By clicking ‘add to basket’, you are placing the product in question into your online shopping basket. You may review your online shopping basket at any point while browsing, and can make change the quantities therein and add or remove products as you wish.
1.4 By submitting and confirming an order with us you are agreeing to a contract to buy the goods you have chosen. You will receive an immediate, automated confirmation of your order by email, reiterating the goods and delivery date chosen by you.
1.5 Due to the nature of the products we supply, cancellation of an order will be charged at 100% of the purchase value, less the delivery charge, provided that the order is not already in transit.
1.6 By accepting an order, we confirm that we will do all that we can to ensure that it is fulfilled.
1.7 Products are subject to availability and market conditions. In the rare event that we are unable to supply a product, you will be contacted by phone or email to discuss a substitute and the price for the product will be confirmed at this point.
1.8 The order total stated when you place your order, and recorded in your order confirmation, is the price you will pay for the goods (subject to point 6).
1.9 Placing an order with us carries with it the obligation to pay for the goods
1.10 We sell to end users only. You must not resell products purchased from our website.

2.1 When you place an order, you are required to provide the delivery address. Your chosen delivery address is stated within your automated confirmation email, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct.
2.2 Our delivery partner will deliver your order between 8am and 11pm on your chosen day of delivery (for exceptions see above). You are responsible for ensuring that someone is able to accept the order on your chosen delivery date. You may instruct our delivery partner with a leave safe instruction, but this remains entirely at their discretion; parcels will only be left should they feel it safe to do so.
2.3 We, along with our delivery partner, will endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you on your chosen delivery date. Circumstances beyond their and our control include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, strike action, Acts of God, fire, civil unrest, equipment failure, war and disruption of energy or water supply.
2.4 Assuming reasonable and normal conditions in terms of temperature (those which are commonly expected in the delivery supply chain), the packaging we use will keep your order cool until the evening of your day of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are refrigerated as soon as they are received.
3.0 Local Delivery
3.1 When you place an order, you are required to provide the delivery address. Your chosen delivery address is stated within your automated confirmation email, and it is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct.
3.2 Our own Afters.Shop Drivers, will deliver your order between 8am and 11pm on your chosen day of delivery (for exceptions see above). You are responsible for ensuring that someone is able to accept the order on your chosen delivery date.
3.3 We, along with our drivers will endeavour to ensure that your order reaches you on your chosen delivery date. Circumstances beyond our and our drivers' control include but are not limited to adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, strike action, Acts of God, fire, civil unrest, equipment failure, war and disruption of energy or water supply.
3.4 Assuming reasonable and normal conditions in terms of temperature (those which are commonly expected in the delivery supply chain), the vehicles we use will keep your order cool until delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are refrigerated as soon as they are received.
4.0 Products and inspection
4.1 You are strongly advised to inspect your delivery on arrival. We warrant that goods should not be defective upon delivery; if is your responsibility to contact us within 48 hours if you believe any of the products received to be defective on arrival.
4.2 Should you believe any of the goods received to be damaged, you must take clear photographs of the damage and email them to hello@afters.shop, along with your order number, delivery date and any other information that could be useful in satisfying your concerns.
4.3 We cannot process damage complaints without photographic proof of damage.
4.4 Our warranty does not cover damage that has occurred to the goods while in your possession, including incorrect storage methods.
4.5 You will not be made to pay for any incorrect or unavailable items.
5.0 Allergens
5.1 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All our products are prepared in a factories and a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens maybe present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as our entire menu is prepared for despatch in the same kitchen.
Our product descriptions do not include all of the ingredients used to make the dish. Therefore, if you have a food allergy please email hello@afters.shop before placing an order.

- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre expressed as SO2
5.3 If you suffer from a food allergy of any sort you must bring it to our attention by email at hello@afters.shop, prior to placing an order.
5.4 Please note that although we do our best to ensure that the product information and data displayed on our website is accurate and up to date, Products and their ingredients are liable to change. Due to this, You should always read the label before consuming or using the product and never rely solely on the information presented here. 6.0 GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
6.1 Afters.Shop are issued in £ sterling which can be redeemed online: www.Afters.Shop.com. Afters.Shop Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment. Purchases made online with gift cards are not refundable in cash.
6.2 Gift Cards are valid for 12 months after the purchase date. Afters.Shop will not be held responsible for money not redeemed before this point.
6.3 Gift Cards will be emailed to the recipient within 2 hours of purchase.
6.4 Afters.Shop Gift Cards will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Afters.Shop is not responsible for funds on the Card used without your knowledge.
6.5 Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Afters.Shop cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any gift cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
6.6 Cleared payment is required prior to the dispatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase.
6.7 We reserve the right to decline any Gift Card order without providing explanation.
6.8 Afters.Shop Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.9 Promotional discount codes cannot be used against Gift Card. This includes, but is not limited to Black Friday promotions and newsletter sign up promotions, as well as all other promotions unless otherwise stated.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data
